1. Introduction and Acceptance

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any Service provided by 799bet, you confirm that:

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of Services offered by 799bet, you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Age: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 799bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• One Account Per Player: Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, 799bet may close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at all subsequent times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 799bet may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — before processing withdrawals or awarding bonuses. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of 799bet and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gambling activity on the platform.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully and solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 799bet account. This includes all bets placed, transactions processed, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally.

• You must keep your username, password, and any one-time verification codes strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 799bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 799bet will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 799bet that requests your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must not allow any other person — including family members or friends — to use your 799bet account. Account sharing constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 799bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your 799bet account:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
• Supported Methods: 799bet currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Processing Times: Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 799bet account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 2–4 hours during standard banking hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• No Currency Conversion Fees: 799bet does not charge currency conversion fees on Bangladeshi Taka transactions. You may however be subject to charges levied by your own payment provider, which are outside 799bet's control.
• Deposit Limits: 799bet may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 799bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Identity Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 799bet may request supporting documents before releasing funds, including for accounts that have not previously been verified.
• Processing Times: Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank typically settle within 2–4 hours during business hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: Where technically possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 799bet may require additional verification if an alternative withdrawal method is requested.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Suspicious Activity: 799bet reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 799bet offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Full wagering requirements and eligibility conditions apply and are published separately on the promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, and device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: 799bet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, if there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Cancellation: 799bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying deposits made in good faith before cancellation will be returned as a cash balance without the associated bonus.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 799bet are subject to the following general gaming terms:

• Bet Acceptance: 799bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets accepted in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — may be voided.
• Results and Settlement: All game outcomes and match results are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each individual game or sports market. In the event of a dispute, 799bet's determination is final.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communications error that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 799bet reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Unauthorised Software: The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting, or information sharing — is prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 799bet and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if 799bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

799bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 799bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

799bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• You have provided false registration information;
• You are under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. 14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement
